ChessQ terms overview

These are product-facing draft terms, not a substitute for legal review. The production operator must add its legal identity, governing law, age requirements, and complete commercial conditions before launch.

Plain-language draft terms covering account responsibility, acceptable use, user-created chess lessons, service availability, and educational limitations.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users are responsible for accurate registration details and account security. Do not abuse the service, probe other accounts, automate disruptive traffic, cheat in live games, or publish unlawful or infringing material.

Lessons and user content

Creators retain responsibility for content they submit and must have permission to share it. They grant ChessQ the limited rights needed to store, display, and deliver that content to the audiences they select.

Educational scope

ChessQ provides training tools and explanations, not guaranteed rating improvement, tournament results, or error-free analysis. Players remain responsible for decisions made in games.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued. Final terms must define subscription conditions if paid plans are introduced, termination rights, liability limits, dispute procedures, and the operator's contact details.
